Nat is constantly upgrading her knowledge and skills to help her clients reach their best results in the shortest possible time. With her years of experience she has helped many clients reach their goals ranging in areas from weight-loss, sports specific training, increase muscle mass, 12 week body transformations, to also helping clients with health related issues like; diabetes, arthrites, high blood pressure, high colesterol, as well as anti-natal and post natal pregnancy.
