TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please read terms & conditions carefully, you will need to agree to these terms and conditions using our online hire form.

In this agreement:
"this agreement" means any agreement incorporating these terms and conditions.
"Hired Equipment" means the goods described in this agreement and any replacement goods provided by the owner in substitution for those goods so described and includes all accessories and other goods attached or appurtenant to the goods so described.

 
The equipment mentioned in this agreement has been hired for the period stated and should be returned on or before the paid to date.  Extensions of the agreement may be made by contacting the owner - Forrest Fitness Equipment.

Care should be taken to see that the hired equipment is not wilfully damaged or misused. Damage resulting from neglect will be at the hirer's expense.

The equipment cannot be used other than at the address of this agreement. The hirer shall notify the owner in writing, via email or telephone of any change of address.

The owner accepts no responsibility for injury or ill health arising from use of the equipment. Consult your Doctor before using the equipment if there is any chance that use of the equipment may cause a medical problem or heighten an existing medical problem.

Regarding equipment delivered, the hirer agrees to contact the owner - Forrest Fitness Equipment regarding pick up arrangements (at hirer's expense) or return equipment to owner.

All collection or legal costs incurred in recovering charges or equipment is to be paid by the hirer.

This contract is non transferable.

Monthly statements will not be issued. 

A cleaning fee in the event that the hired equipment is returned to the owner in a condition which in the reasonable opinion of the owner requires them to be cleaned before being made available for rent to any other person.

If rental payments are more than 60 days in arrears and over the amount of $100.00, Forrest Fitness Equipment has the right to register a payment default on the hirer's credit file. The Hirer's credit file will be updated when the rental arrears are paid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 12 MONTHS PAYMENT CONTRACT

Goods cannot be sub-rented to any other entity other than the person/company whose name is on this agreement.

Goods remain the property of Forrest Fitness & Tanning until the full 12months installments have been paid.
